Great bathroom and transport, but bad neighborhood and lack of cleanliness Positive: the bathroom was great modern, clean, with great shower pressure and piping hot water. The kitchen was well-equipped and included a mini-fridge. The TV works well and has YouTube. Location-wise, there are bus stops nearby that take you to many spots, a metro station, and a Lidl just an 8-minute walk away Negative: he downside is the neighborhood—it doesn't feel like the safest area, and it's located on a street right behind a bar with dumpster containers. Upon arriving, the apartment didn't smell fresh or aired out. There were ants on the table, and while the sheets and pillowcases were clean, they were completely wrinkled. The towels were a mix of random colors and very rough, clearly worn out from too many washes.

Great for a quick London visit for a gig at the O2 Academy Brixton Positive: Good location and really close to the o2 Academy Brixton. Clean and tidy and did the job for one night for us. Good facilities within the room. Negative: Quite basic and could do with a bit of decor
