Positive: Zaletą apartamentu jest bliskość komunikacji miejskiej. Negative: Bardzo niewygodne łóżka (w jednym z materacy wystające sprężyny). Bardzo słabo wyposażona kuchnia. Apartament na 6 osób, a dostępne 2 widelce. Odpadające korki od wody pod prysznicem przez co ciężko wyregulować wodę -raz jest wrzątek, a raz zimna jak lód.
