Positive: 国鉄の駅から近い。
バス停が近く、利用しやすい。（国鉄を利用せず都心にアクセスできる。）
スタッフが親切。
チェック・インが容易。
Negative: 施設、設備は物件説明の通り。
ただし、我々は特段の物音を立てていないにも関わらず、上下階いずれかの住人に、夕方頃にドアを強く叩かれ、非情に不快であった。
以上から、宿泊先として高評価はできない。

非常好且性价比高
Positive: 地理位置非常不错，门口就是火车站和公交站，房东非常热情。可以使用的床很多。
Negative: 卫生间的防水可以改进，水流在地上会漏到一楼。
