Positive: 国鉄の駅から近い。バス停が近く、利用しやすい。（国鉄を利用せず都心にアクセスできる。）スタッフが親切。チェック・インが容易。 Negative: 施設、設備は物件説明の通り。ただし、我々は特段の物音を立てていないにも関わらず、上下階いずれかの住人に、夕方頃にドアを強く叩かれ、非情に不快であった。以上から、宿泊先として高評価はできない。
