Beautiful luxe 3 Bedroom with 4 Beds

Clean and comfortable stay in New Cross. Excellent proximity to Goldsmiths University. Positive: Location is excellent. Five min walk to New Cross Gate station. Safe area. Appreciated that the host left us waters, some snacks, and plenty of towels. Also really appreciated letting us drop off our luggage early. It was a huge help and allowed us to make the most of our first day. Negative: The shower controls are so confusing. It seemed as if the shower function was not working and only the tub faucet worked, but then by fiddling with it in an unmemorable series of movements in an effort to turn it off, it worked but then it wouldn't turn it off. Would be really helpful if you had some sort of instruction on how to divert the water to the shower head. All of the handles are loose and feel like they'll break, so it was worrisome to keep fiddling with it. Also, this was the first holiday rental I've ever stayed in that didn't have at least one day of tea and coffee available. There is a kettle and french press, but given that we were only there for 2 nights, we didn't make plans to buy tea bags or coffee.

Okayish Positive: Good kitchen and living room. Negative: The entrance to the property is very dirty and not maintained at all. The staircase is extremely narrow to be able to carry up the luggage to the first floor. The floor of the entire flat is not very clean, it is sticky (Room slippers should have been provided in that case). The bathtub inside the bathroom is high to get inside (problem for elderly people). Only one bathroom doesn't really suffice for people across 3 bedrooms. Bathroom was missing shampoo and conditioner. Except for the master bedroom, the other two rooms are very small. The charges were unreasonably high.

Colleagues had a lovely stay and would return :)
